FACT: Every day is a good day for a sandwich.

Whether it’s sunny, rainy, cold or wet, I think we can all agree that a good sandwich can always hit the spot.

Chef Byron Talbott

The great thing about sandwiches is that they’re never one-size-fits-all.  The possibilities are endless when you start combining different meats, cheeses, toppings and condiments, as well as anything else your heart desires—because there’s no wrong way to make a sandwich.

This year, the Hillshire Farm brand has teamed up with celebrity chef Byron Talbott to prove that no matter which region of the country you’re in, there’s a sandwich inspired by what’s around you. We present to you, the Sandwich Index: a collection of unique and delicious sandwich and wrap recipes inspired by the summer weather and regional flavors from across the U.S.

If I’m being honest, I got a little jealous of all the attention Byron has been receiving with these simple and oh-so-scrumptious recipes, so I decided maybe it was a good time to use my ~*psychic abilities*~ to take his recommendations a step further.
