Thousands of Razorback fans gathered in Fayetteville ahead of Arkansas’ football matchup against Tulsa just a few weekends ago, creating the perfect backdrop for the Tyson Foods Fan Zone Tailgate. Designed to bring our partnership with the University of Arkansas Department of Athletics to life, the activation gave fans an opportunity to connect with Tyson Foods through food, games, giveaways and interactive experiences before kickoff.
One of the main attractions of the day was the patch station, where fans brought jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts or tote bags to receive an official Tyson Foods patch like those worn by Razorback student-athletes this season. Throughout the afternoon, fans personalized their apparel and took home a unique memento that showcased their pride.

The Fan Experience
Visitors also had the opportunity to sample game day favorites from across the Tyson Foods portfolio, including Tyson® RazorbackTM Nuggets, Ball Park® All Beef Franks, Ball Park® Jalapeño Beef Franks, Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages and Jimmy Dean® Breakfast Burger Brioche sandwiches.
Beyond the food, fans explored interactive activities, snapped photos and took home exclusive merchandise, including branded bags, bandanas and koozies. Families, students, alumni and longtime supporters attended, creating an energetic atmosphere before everyone made their way into the stadium for kickoff.

Celebrating a Shared Arkansas Tradition
The tailgate reflects Tyson Foods’ expanded partnership with the University of Arkansas Department of Athletics, as the Official Protein of the Arkansas Razorbacks. While the Tyson Foods logo is now visible across all 19 sports, experiences like the Fan Zone Tailgate offer a different way to connect with fans by celebrating the traditions, school spirit and sense of community that define game day in our hometown.
For many fans, that meant leaving with more than a giveaway or a sample. It meant taking home a custom patch, sharing food with family and friends and being part of an experience that celebrated what Razorback football means to communities across the state.
