To make mornings easier, here are some of our favorite breakfast dishes we’re loving for the upcoming holiday season.


Maple Flavored Bacon Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Wright Brand Maple Flavored Bacon, cooked
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 2 ½ cups buttermilk
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
- Preheat a waffle iron and grease it with bacon fat.
- Whisk the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla together.
- Fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture.
- Add cooked bacon and stir but be careful not to over mix.
- Ladle a third of a cup of the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until desired texture.
- Repeat until all waffles are complete. Serve warm with desired toppings.
Egg and Spicy Sausage Hash Brown Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 and ½ packages of Jimmy Dean Spicy Pork Sausage Patties
- 20 ounces refrigerated hashbrowns
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 medium eggs
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Prepare 12 Jimmy Dean Spicy Pork Sausage Patties based on package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, one cup of cheese, olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Generously spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Scoop a one-quarter cup ball of hash brown mixture and press into each well of the muffin pan. Use a spoon or your fingers to pack the mixture tightly. Spray with additional nonstick cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Remove the muffin pan from the oven and use a spoon to carefully press the center of hash brown mixture to create a divot.
- Place a sausage patty in each cup, trimming the patties if needed.
- Carefully top each sausage patty with an egg.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of each egg and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before carefully removing with a spoon.
Wright Brand® Hot Honey Bacon and Egg Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 package Wright Brand Hot Honey Bacon
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 cups French bread cubes (¾-inch pieces)
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place bacon slices in an unheated skillet. Cook slowly over low heat, turning occasionally and draining excess drippings as needed. Crumble and set aside.
- Beat eggs, milk and pepper in large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Add bread cubes; stir gently until evenly coated. Stir in bacon crumbles and 1 ½ cups of the cheese.
- Pour into a lightly greased 13×9-inch baking dish, then top with a sprinkle of the remaining cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes or until the knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 squares to serve.
Jimmy Dean Maple and Brown Sugar Bacon Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked and diced Jimmy Dean Maple and Brown Sugar Flavored Premium Bacon
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, frozen and shredded
Instructions:
- Cook bacon for 6-8 minutes on medium-high heat until crispy and brown. Drain on paper towels. Once cooled, dice into small pieces.
- Shred the frozen butter and place it back into the freezer.
- Preheat oven to 450ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and kosher salt.
- Add the bacon and grated butter to the dry mixture.
- Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the buttermilk. Stir to combine until soft dough forms.
- Dust the counter with flour and pour out the dough. Knead 3 to 4 times until it comes together.
- Spread dough to a 1-inch-thick rectangle and cut the biscuit dough using a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
- Place each biscuit until almost touching and let them rest in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Top the biscuits with buttermilk and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm!
