Grilling season is still sizzling! And we’re spotlighting a few grill-centric recipes featuring a range of our own Tyson Foods products. Accessible, protein-rich and delicious, these creations were crafted by team member Amy McCoy, Senior Director of Finance Transformation and Change Management. Amy finds joy in crafting meals and formulating recipes from scratch, especially when it means sitting down with family and friends once everything is prepared.

Loaded Ball Park® Angus Beef Franks

Use Ball Park Angus Beef Franks to create a unique twist on the classic hot dog that is perfect for any grilling occasion.

  • Grill the beef franks on a gas grill heated to 350-370°F for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs for even cooking.
  • Prep the hot dog buns by spreading melted butter or mayonnaise on the sides and sprinkling with poppy seeds.
  • Add the hot dog to the bun and pile on your toppings: pickles, sliced tomato, pepper slices, relish, mustard, sliced onion—the list goes on!
  • Serve with your favorite chips or grilled side, and you have the perfect end-of-summer meal.

Everything Seasoned Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Using Tyson® Seasoned Steakhouse Chicken Breasts, this sandwich is simple, satisfying and totally grill-worthy.

  • Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat (about 350°F) for around 12 minutes per side, or until they hit 165°F inside.
  • Toast the buns, then spread mashed avocado on one side for a creamy addition.
  • Add the chicken and pile on your favorite toppings.
  • Serve with grilled corn or even a variety of chips!

Classic Garlic & Herb Chicken Salad

Craving something fresh? Use Tyson® Classic Garlic & Herb Chicken to create a light, flavorful salad that is ready to plate in under 30 minutes.

  • Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  • Slice zucchini and cauliflower, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, then grill until golden and just tender.
  • Build your salad with a base of fresh greens, sliced grilled chicken, grilled veggies and avocado.
  • Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
