This year, the team was thrilled to sponsor GenYouth’s Taste of the NFL and Taste of the NFL Draft events. Both experiences brought together food enthusiasts, prominent chefs, NFL fans and more to celebrate the fusion of cuisine and football excitement—all while raising money to fight food insecurity in schools.

We feed the world like family.™ These two events provided the opportunity to expand our three-year partnership with GenYouth and support their mission of providing greater access to school meals for our youth nationwide. Local restaurants, chefs and food vendors had the opportunity to create a tasting dish to feature at each event, leaning heavily into local culture and cuisine.

At Taste of the NFL 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana, guests enjoyed a tasting menu curated by the country’s most talented chefs, including our own senior director of culinary, Thomas Wenrich. Wenrich brought a unique spin to gameday fare with a Viet-Cajun-Style Steak-Cut Bacon using our Wright® Brand bacon. This NOLA-style dish delivered a winning presentation and flavor (and P.S., you can even find the recipe here to replicate at home).

Fast-forward to Taste of the NFL Draft 2025, where our culinary team once again brought a touchdown tasting dish to the guests in Green Bay, Wisconsin: Smoked Sausage with Pomme Purée and Beer Cheese, using our new Wright® Brand Real Wood Smoked White Cheddar & Bacon Smoked Sausage.
These dishes were crafted with the finest ingredients, showcasing the versatility and excellence of just a few of our favorite Tyson Foods products.
Our participation underscored Tyson Foods’ dedication to corporate social responsibility. By aligning with hunger relief initiatives, we demonstrated our commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. The funds raised during Taste of the NFL and Taste of the NFL Draft go directly to schools and students across the country to foster nutrition security.
